General Info
Studio: We are located at 5021 S Jellison Way Unit B, Littleton, CO 80123 Find us right next to Dunkin. There is a lot of parking available. Our studio is also wheelchair accessible.
Deposit: All tattoos are booked with a $100 nonrefundable deposit. The deposit goes towards your total. If we are working on a multi session project that deposit can be rolled over to book the next appointment.
Payment: I accept Venmo, Zelle, Credit card, and Cash. There is a 2% fee on Venmo, and a 2.6% fee on the credit card.
Cancellation: in-order to cancel and save your deposit to rebook please notify me 48 hours prior to your appointment. This allows me enough time to fill the cancellation and draw for another project. If the cancellation occurs after that window the original deposit will be void and I will need another one to book.
General Aftercare: Properly wash your hands anytime prior to touching your new tattoo throughout the entire healing process, Use clean bed linens and towels throughout the entire healing process, Avoid sun exposure, Avoid swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, baths, lakes, rivers, oceans etc. Choose clothing carefully, Allow up to two weeks for healing.
We now sell Tattoo Lovers Care products in the studio including, a soap, lotion, and salve.
I recommend Two different methods for healing
Old School:
Remove your wrap after 1 hour. As soon as you remove your wrap, give your new tattoo a good, thorough clean with warm water and antibacterial soap and then rinse it with cold water
Pat dry your tattoo with a clean towel. Apply a thin even layer of Aquaphor on your tattoo, messaging the ointment into your skin for about 3-5 minutes.
Repeat the washing and ointment steps 2-3 times a day or as necessary for the next 3-4 days
After day 3-4 you may now switch to an unscented lotion. (We recommend Eucerin healing lotion) until your tattoo is completely healed
Second Skin:
Gently clean and pat dry the tattoo and surrounding area, ensuring there is no soap or any residue on the skin. With clean gloves, remove Derm Shield from the sterile pouch. Cut the Derm Shield to cover tattooed area plus a 1 to 2 inch margin from the edge of the tattoo. Peel off backing to expose adhesive side and position the Derm Shield over the tattoo with the adhesive side facing the skin. Gently apply using light pressure, starting from the center to the edges to eliminate air bubbles. Do not stretch the Derm Shield during application.
The first Derm Shield application should stay in place for 24 hours, depending on level of exudation. It is normal for blood and fluids to collect under the bandage.
A second application can be used for several days, and a third application may be used if necessary. Gently clean and dry the area between applications. Do not wear any piece longer than one week.
Gently peel the Derm Shield by pulling it slowly from the edge back over itself. Do not pull the bandage upwards.
